When will I receive my hotel Travelticket?

After payment we will send you your Travelticket as a PDF file within one business day via email to the email address provided by you.

I can not open the email attachment with your hotel Travelticket. What should I do?

First, check whether you have installed the program "Adobe Acrobat Reader", which can open the attachment. If you do not have this installed you can download it for free under

I do not have a printer. Can I get the Travelticket by post?

On request, we will send you a printed Travelticket by post. There is an additional shipping fees in the amount of EUR 2.00 for a post-delivery.

How can I redeem my hotel Travelticket at the hotel?

At the top of your Travelticket you will find an unique Travelticket number. The hotel requires this number for a booking. Send your desired travel date to the hotel reservation address via e-mail along with the Travelticket number which can be found on your Travelticket. If you have questions we can be reached Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the telephone number: +49 (0) 881-925493-50. If your desired travel date is available you will receive a reservation confirmation from the hotel. Please present this confirmation along with your Travelticket to the hotel upon your arrival at the hotel.

I can not find my Travelticket. What should I do?

The generating of the Travelticket and the delivery thereof are automated processes to which we have no access for security reasons. Please log in to your customer account in our shop, where you can print the travelticket again.

Is the Travelticket issued in a particular name?

All Traveltickets are issued without a name and without a value and are therefore also suitable as a gift.

Can I bring my children and how much is the additional cost?

Whether children may be added to your booking depends on the hotel and the room category. This requests should be made in advance either with us or with the hotel. The hotel will need information about how many children should be added per room as well as their age as this also affect the cost.

Can I combine Traveltickets therefore allowing for a longer stay?

On your Travelticket you will find information about this. It is generally not possible to combine Traveltickets. However, there are hotels that may make an exception tot his rule depending on the travel period.
